1. Who we are

This website is operated by CYANO-3D, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with share capital of €5,000, registered as 848 951 711 R.C.S. Arras, intra-community VAT number FR59 848951711, whose registered office is at 1 rue Danton, 62149 Cuinchy, France. Simplement Paris is the trading name used for this store. 2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on simplementparis.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

3. Products

Simplement Paris pieces are decorative objects made of acrylic: a printed panel, a glossy black base and a separate signature Eiffel Tower, delivered flat and assembled by you. Dimensions are given on each product page. Colors may vary slightly from one screen to another.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros for France and in US dollars for the United States. Prices shown for France include French VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order.

5. Ordering and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted; you then receive a confirmation email. Payment is made by card or Shop Pay through Shopify Payments, a secure payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. The conditions are set out in our Refund policy.

8. Guarantees

Customers in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided by French law.

9. Intellectual property

The Simplement Paris name, logo, signature Eiffel Tower design, photographs and texts on this site belong to CYANO-3D and may not be reused without written permission.

10. Personal data

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Complaints and governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you have a complaint, write to us at contact@simplementparis.com. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply.
