Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To start a return, write to contact@simplementparis.com with your order number.

Please send the piece back complete (acrylic panel, black base and signature Eiffel Tower) and carefully packed.

Refunds

We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid, using your original payment method, no later than 14 days after you tell us you are returning your order. We may wait until we have received the piece, or proof that you have sent it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, write to contact@simplementparis.com with your order number and a photograph.

Customers in the European Union

You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order, and a legal guarantee of conformity of two years. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
